He's back! The elusive and - hell, yes - the legendary author of Sheep and several other superb novels in the 90s has a new piece of fiction in a book almost certainly called FERAL COMPANIONS, out soon from Pendragon Press. His novella - the concisely entitled Rattus - will sit alongside my own - the pompously named The Invisible Architect of Psychopathy - in a splendid volume to be published in time for WHC10. I've read Rattus and it's as creepy as a warehouse full of vermin. And Simon described mine as "Crime and Punishment meets Dexter." So we can't wait to underleash some savage predators upon you all . . . cos we're nice like that. |
