Among the publications launched at the World Horror Convention in March will be two limited-edition chapbooks from Nightjar Press, each featuring a short story. Nightjar Press has already published chapbooks by Tom Fletcher and Michael Marshall Smith. The new offerings are 'When the Door Closed, It Was Dark' by Alison Moore and 'Black Country' by Joel Lane. For more details, please visit http://nightjarpress.wordpress.com/ I mention this not to solicit congratulations (the ritual of congrats and thanks around here is getting a bit like The Royle Family's 'Goodnight Dave' thing, so you're spared this time), but to encourage you to part with some of your hard-earned cash (£3 per chapbook) to support this endeavour. All the chapbooks have disturbingly strange photographic covers. |

The first two chapbooks in this series were really excellent, so I'll look forward to picking these up as well. |
