I've been unable to properly connect with either Amazon.com.books or Amazon.co.uk.books since this morning. Sometimes it's ok but most of the times the links come out all in a scramble.
Is that my browser playing tricks or is, to your knowing, a problem with the Amazon websites?
Thank you for any wisdom, I am getting a bit anxious!

The .co.uk one is working fine for me too. Perhaps someone's trying to tell you not to buy so many books, Giancarlo!

It could be your browser, I guess. I sometimes have problems with Firefox and have to use IE instead (though it's much slower). There's a really good browser now - Google Chrome. You can download it free from Google. Perhaps try that one? I haven't had any problems with Chrome yet.

Maybe there is a concurring problem with Amazon but, having spoken to a PC technician, I understand now the core of the mystery. I am presently at my workplace PC and the bastards have had a firewall installed against possibly linking to "bad" sites! Not only porno and gaming sites but whatever comes under a bad reputation judgement by the relevant authorities. I can't even link to Arkham House anymore because of "objectionable contents".
I am servant of the State...no, a slave now, or so they would like! I can't even take my little intermissions by innocently surfing the net, even fairy sites are forbidden because of some pathological association between fairies and...ehm, loose women. It's lucky I have my laptop at home!

I don't think fairies are linked to loose women...

Loose something, but not women
