Just caught this on BT vision's on demand thingie (they have a bunch of werewolf movies up at the moment). I've never seen this before and apparently it's not on dvd; it was bad, yes, but had that funny late-night 70s tv feel to it, all sunlight one minute, night the next, and such badly dubbed voices they seem to float in the air. And yet; it's creepier than The Wolfman, even though he resembles a sort of dulux dog. It's odd because while his mannerisms are way too human he feels oddly believable. I like that his apparent sweetness sits at odds with the fact he rips people's arms off; it's quite a rounded performance for a werewolf, and sort of puzzling, too; he wriggles out of the pigeonhole.
