Did he want to buy all the duty free or what? I was putting an experiment on board Concorde at Heathrow once and the fellow showing me around it said a rich Arab had bought a seat for himself and his wife, then bought the two seats in front and had them removed for extra leg room. Each seat cost (in 1996 pounds) 5,000. |
