Sorry, but I do relish the spectacle of spokespeople faltering in the face of legitimate complaints:

The spokesman for the water company comes in at about 1.05. The problems for local people persisted for days, but the company refused to put a spokesman on again. The reason they gave was that people were allowed to say anything they liked to the spokesman.
