I read it when it first went up, thought it odd, and clicked on The British Fantasy Society link. At that time the history of the awards listed up to 2008. It has now been updated to 2009.  She missed out some women who had won the newcomer etc award, Poppy Z Brite and Melanie Tem, to mention two and there is a special award for Ellen Datlow in there. | ||

I was always under the impression that Lisa Tuttle had won a BFS. Quite astonished she hasn't, but then again, quite surprised a lot of people haven't. But, it's like the World Cup, on the day there can only be one winner | ||
