Anyone remember this show? If, as a kid, you were lucky and got sick you got to stay at home and see it. http://www.hhg.freeuk.com/nancy/index.html (You might not choose the word 'lucky', but then that said she's still alive and looks very old and frail indeed. ) Some of these pics, seeing them again, REALLY took me back... |

Tony, I remember this. Didn't she use a knife to paint with? (that might be my weird memory). It was on about lunchtime, wasn't it? I recall Crown Court, Pebble Mill, Vandervalk and A Handful of Songs in the same vein. |

You guys are obviously quite a bit younger than I am. My first introduction to painting on TV was Tony Hart with "Vision On!" and the evergreen Rolf Harris! |

I remember this! And yes - she did use a knife to paint with! That explains a few things, actually... But does anyone remember 'Learn the Guitar with Ulf Goran'? |

I remember Vision On, too! And this muscly older American man in a weird white jump suit on what always looked like a windswept clifftop doing workout stuff. He might even have been called Cliff. Back then you always knew when a prog was American; it was shit. Opposite way round, now. |

>>I remember .. this muscely older American man in a weird white jump suit on what always looked like a windswept clifftop doing workout stuff. He might even have been called Cliff.<< Are you sure that's not just some strange fantasy you had, Tony? I don't remember that one at all.

I remember Paint With Nancy! Yeah, lunchtimes, she used a butter knife for her oils. I remember her doing grapes a lot. Glad to hear she's still alive. I remember her as getting on a bit back in the early 70s actually. |
