I'm a little bit happy today.  As one or two of you already know, I recently signed a three-book deal with those lovely people at Solaris Books (http://www.solarisbooks.com/). The novels are set in a place called the Concrete Grove, and artist Vincent Chong is doing the cover work for all three. Thanks for your support, people. I love both of these, but I prefer the second - it's original and quirky, and has a lot of details relating to the story arc (the hummingbirds, "Captain Clickety" written on the wall, the rotting towerblock in the background). | ||

Beautiful work Gary and Vincent! The first reminds me of La Horde, which Lord P is sure you'll love and I especially like the attacking hummingbirds and cryptic graffiti in the second. Both tease and intrigue me about the story, so they're doing their job! | ||
