Has anyone else here seen this? I watched it last night and really liked it. 'Tis a Norwegian film, more info here - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0808185/ However, to save you clicking, here's a copy and paste of the description:- "Forty-year-old Andreas arrives in a strange city with no memory of how he got there. He is presented with a job, an apartment - even a wife. But before long, Andreas notices that something is wrong. Andreas makes an attempt to escape the city, but he discovers there's no way out. Andreas meets Hugo, who has found a crack in a wall in his cellar. Beautiful music streams out from the crack. Maybe it leads to "the other side"? A new plan for escape is hatched." | ||

Sounds almost like a male-centric CARNIVAL OF SOULS.... I'm also reminded of Gene Wolfe's uber-chilling and inscrutable novelette "Forlesen" (which can be found in his collection Castle of Days). | ||

I've seen it and actually thought it was a little heavy handed in its use of metaphor. Looks pretty though. | ||
