This is not an ad for Play, but rather what sounds like the most beautiful sound in the world...

Ewan MacColl was one of the true greats of folk music – not only a major archivist and collector of traditional songs and the creator of the folk club in its modern form, but one of the most sensitive and passionate performers of traditional songs. He was a fine songwriter too – 'Dirty Old Town' and 'First Time Ever I Saw Your Face' being his best-known songs. All the money he made from the innumerable cover versions of those two songs was donated to the Communist Party.

He was, indeed, a great. I've heard a lot of his stuff but never this.
