I've often thought of knocking out a story along the lines of DEADBOOK - A Facebook where the dead communicate. I can't really be bothered so I'll toss the idea out to others, who maybe hungrier than I. So, Mr. Walsh...in view of your comments above, we may have to look twice at all your previous literary posts! Is there a code you could use so that we know when you're pissed as you post? How about the preface, 'Bushmills'? That should do it. . | ||

If you like the idea of Facebook but not the, well, evil of it, you might want to check out Diaspora, a forthcoming open-source social networking service. It hasn't fully launched yet, but you can sign up to get an invite down the line as it gets up and running. I know some people are already using it. | ||

Thanks, Alex! It's 12.30 Sunday lunchtime which makes me a hungover poster at the min... What really pisses me off about Facebook is the way they constantly change the layout, settings and applications just when you've got comfortable with them. Quite a few times I've been so incensed I almost deleted my account, and it could happen yet. Must check out those other networks. | ||
