I'm, not sure how many of you on here have heard the news, but SF author (and editor) Colin Harvey passed away yesterday afternoon after suffering a massive stroke on Monday morning. More details here: http://angryrobotbooks.com/2011/08/colin-harvey-rip/ I only met Colin a few times at conventions, but he was an enthusiastic, energetic, clever, and very funny man. He'll be missed on the UK - if not the world - genre scene. | ||

Tragic. I knew him quite a bit after he edited one of my tales for his antho Killers. He really loved the genre and gave his time to others freely. A sad loss. | ||

Oh, that's so sad - he looked so young. I didn't know him or his writing/editing at all, but what a sad loss at such a young age. RIP. | ||
