Just about to leave for the Festival of Fantastic Films in Manchester (could be interesting on Sunday when the town centre is packed with drunken football idiots)
Now I just need to find a bag big enough to smuggle my booze in... tried using the convention bar last year and there was nothing I could drink at convention rates. Bought a half pint bottle of cider for £4. Ridiculous prices.
Different hotel this year though. Might be better.
My birthday on Sunday as well... I'll no longer be able to say I'm 30 something. Unless the something is 10. |

It went really well, watched a load of good films (and some bad ones - Birdemic for example - hey that might be a good one for next year's panto Mr and Mrs P - you can already do the out of sync wings thing from the film) and even the festival bar sold drinks I could afford...
