Congrats to all. Some good stuff in there.

That Stephen King story is terrible, though. I read it a few weeks ago and was shocked at how bad it is.

Well done, everyone. And particular congrats to RCMBer Simon Bestwick, who got TWO stories in there! Nice one, mate.

Well done all. Ooh, and there's a Terry Lamsley in there too.

Well done to all relevant stakeholders! Simon, being in one Year's Best volume twice is as rare as a principled Liberal Democrat, as cool as Kadath in the Cold Waste, and as breathtakingly impressive as Jeff Stryker on a Sunday morning.

Aw shucks. Thanks y'all. Especially Joel, as Im rarely compared to Jeff Stryker. I have been compared to Ron Jeremy, but sadly only from the neck up.

Really pleased, as you can all imagine. Very, very happy.

As well as Anna T, Alison L, and Simon B and Laird B and others whose work I know - I'm also pleased to see Alison (AC) Wise in there. She wrote Mellie's Zoo in 'Cern Zoo' (2009)

Which was my favourite story in Cern Zoo - a tremendous tale. If her story which has got into Year's Best is better than that it must be superb!

Congrats to all concerned. Simon, you must be over the moon at being in there twice.
