Was doing a tour of Liverpool/Tuebrook, on Google Earth, looking for some of Ramsey's story locations. Does anyone (Ramsey? ) know if the underpass from 'The Man in the Underpass' exists, or is it fictional? And, how about the shelter from 'Mackintosh Willy', and the rail bridge from 'Midnight Hobo'? Thanks for any help! |

The underpass definitely existed, Lincoln - close to the end of Buckingham Road off West Derby Road. The shelter is gone, alas - I took J. K. Potter to find it when he was photographing locations for Alone with the Horrors, but too late. The bridge should still be there - it's over the road at the far end of Buckingham Road from West Derby Road. |

Thanks for the reply, Ramsey. Found the bridge, the site of the underpass is a little harder to see. It must have been filled, can't see any obvious entry/exit points. Next search will be for the entrance to 'The Cellars'! Thanks again, Ramsey. |

Ramsey, have you any idea where this is? I've tried the Sat-Nav and Google Maps, but no luck. "a coast-line of mingled mud, ooze, and weedy Cyclopean masonry which can be nothing less the tangible substance of earth's supreme terror — the nightmare corpse-city of R'lyeh" |
