I LOVE this. Some story ideas she has - like the one for Great Gatsby - are better than what they really are.

True.
We used to be given pictures at school like this then get told to write a story around them. It was almost impossible not to come up with something. But a good idea can be as energising as fire - and almost write itself.

Sad, the story's gone. I remember liking it, though. In its place a link to a thing about Action figures that never got developed. I'd have bought it myself.
