Can you name a horror film where the family pet, especially a dog, survives to the end of the film? The only one that springs to mind immediately is that Mr Jones the cat is the only other surviving crew member of the Nostromo, and I think the dog in the Lost Boys not only survives but saves the youngest boy from his half vampiric brother... There have to be more surely... |

The dog in the original Hills Have Eyes survived, because it got its own flashback scene in the sequel. I'm pretty sure the dog in the Dawn of the Dead remake lived too. |
