There was a strong atmosphere that other events had occurred in that bungalow.

I could imagine someone who'd answered a swingers add in the local paper waking up strapped to a chair seeing this unfold.

I thought the last two were quite sinister.

Damn - why is the net so bullying? I just downloaded Google chrome and already it's offering me shopping tips via this extension. Then when I remove the extensions it says this to me; 'Boo... You have no extensions :-( '
The bastards.

Hmm... it might be my son. He keeps downloading all this Mario rubbish on his user identity and they creep over to mine. Damn his eyes!

I have to say, for techies, they can bring a lot of emotion to their dealings. Once upon a time the media and the people we dealt with were quite aloof, like they weren't there. In fact it was reassuring to think they weren't - they were like brick walls, utilities. Now the things that are meant to help us get angry or want to be our friends, talk to us in an over-familiar manner. I don't like it.
And is it me, or is advertising, in its subtlety, a form of horror now? I've been getting unduly worked up by this new spate of Go Compare ads, the TV ones and the billboards. They're playing with reality in quite a creepy way I'm not really enjoying.
