Background
Staff were formally trained by Knibb Net in corporate IT systems, Intranet and CRM as part of an induction training course.
Requirements
Post training reinforcement and an assessment of competencies was required at two weeks, two months and six months.
Solution
A suite of demonstration videos, competency assessment exercises and advanced/remedial supplementary exercises were supplied for remote use.
Benefit
Representatives were remotely assessed without the need to come off the road or the associated costs and disruption. Results of competency assessments were used for delivery of remedial needs, advancement of demonstrated skills and performance management.
As the suite was developed it proved to be a rapid, efficient and cost effective method of addressing ongoing training requirements, to an easily reproducible standard.
