Clients are trained in the use of AST CRM systems in seminars. Depending on the needs of the client, AST require a range of post training measurements, both to assess training effectiveness and provide follow up services.

 

Requirements

Post training reinforcement, assessment of competencies and assessment of training effectiveness is required within a fast to deploy and easily reproducible framework. This must be tailored to the specific needs of the client.

 

Solution

Training delegates are required to give feedback on course quality and effectiveness, and assess their skills using online questionnaires. When a more objective measure of competency is required, interactive follow ups are deployed on line. In addition, if required, passive demonstrations are made available so that delegates can hone their skills and be reminded of best practice, SOPs etc.
