Background
Having designed and built the Website, Knibb Net were tasked to install a content management system and train the content manager.
Requirements
Formal training followed by post training reinforcement and an interactive help system covering all common tasks and procedures.
Solution
Following on from a one day training session, a module was supplied to check training effectiveness. Further modules were supplied showing how to use the features of the content management software. A test environment was built to allow the content manager to try out new ideas before setting them live.
Benefit
A post training interactive help system, coupled with a test environment allowed the content manager to check and refresh competencies as required, with no need for further formal training.
