Stick this in the hands of a quirky indie director, with some good unknown actors, a cool soundtrack, and a script devoid of sentiment, and you'd probably have a little gem of a film... | ||

That would have been the way to go, Gary! But it looks like this film will be an ever worse version of LARS AND THE REAL GIRL.... I wrote a script a long time ago: it was a comedy about a down-and-out guy whose left hand (unsevered, unlike its horror inspirations in film) suddenly comes to life, a crazy gesticulating personality who leads him to a better life.... It's total garbage. But hey, garbage is doing pretty well in Hollywood nowadays, methinks.... |
