Just found this short (5 min) Japanese horror film on Tumblr. I thought it was pretty good - there's some imagery towards the end that made me think of The Grin of the Dark.

THat link doesn't work, but I found it on Youtube. It's not bad, but the ending is a bit OTT and abrupt. Shorts are difficult, though - how to make an impact, yet remain subtle?
