We used to do it when I was a kid, in the seventies, in Germany (can't remember if we did trick-or-treat earlier, in the UK - I just remember I used to wander the streets at night looking for witches and ghosts). It was fun, except for the occasional grumpy door-opener (maybe it was one of Zed's relatives). We don't have it over here (although we did a Halloween party at our school for the international students). We have Ghost Month instead...  | ||

I would like to see this Dead Set - I wish I had UK telly sometimes. Instead, I'll probably watch the films I still haven't seen from Six Films to Keep You Awake. I may watch a couple of old favourites as well - maybe The Fog, or Phantasm, or one of the Blind Dead movies. I'd like to go out actually, but I can't walk today, damnit. I, again, live in Simi Valley, at the high north-west edge of the San Fernando Valley - Manson Family ranch on one end, Ronald Reagan Library on the other. The Bob Hope Ranch is mostly built over now, with houses no one will buy... but back in the day, this was a bustling site of many movie and TV productions.
