Just watched http://www.amazon.co.uk/Grindhouse-Trailer-Classics/dp/B000P7V6CE/ref=sr_1_2?ie= UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1229127685&sr=8-2 tonight and wanted to share it with everyone. It's absolutely amazing. Not sure if anyone else has seen it, but from what I know of you lot, it's an ideal way to pass 2 hours.
Some of the trailers are a work of art. And I can't believe how much nudity there was in the trailers. Loads of shockingly bad (and good) horrors, soft porn, and exploitation movies. You can't go wrong.

This doesn't appear to be available on my side of the pond. Hmm.

Jamie, the follow-up DVD is available in the US, though it may have been discontinued.

Back in the day I used to buy my bootleg VHS copies of banned horror films from some guy I contacted via the back pages of Dark Side magazine. At the end of every tape he'd include a 20-minute trailer sequence, lovingly compiled by himself.

Thank you, sir, wherever you are...

Quite good fun, that collection. I was almost disappointed by how many of them I'd seen though.

The full version of the one with the creepy giggly guy outside the cinema (either 'I Dismember Mama' or something similar) is worth seeking out.
