For those wondering, the books are now officially gone from my coffers. If you missed the boat, the only place with any left is Titles Bookstore http://titles.mcmaster.ca but I'm told their shipping outside of Canada is expensive.

I have other projects in the works that I hope to announce soon, though so all is not lost.
