Damn - wanted to write a little review but have realised I fell asleep through it and so can't really. Never mind. |

Congratulations, Tony, you've just won the coveted RCMB prize for the most pointless thread of the year. And it's only January. |

I did put a lot of effort into it. Um, for the record, the bits I saw in the first half were excellent. Maybe it tried a bit too hard, but it did things no other horror film of recent years have done. Almost Neil Jordan, but more consistent. |

Ha! Never mind, check this out: It seems like a normal action thriller short but once you know the last twist everything about it has another meaning when you watch it the second time: http://www.justpressplay.net/movies/movie-news/4635-todays-short-qprey-aloneq.ht ml |

I thought it was okay. Not great, but worth watching. Hansel and Gretel (another horror film set in the woods) blows it away, though. |

Tony, is this the film directed by Lucky McGee? His first feature, May, was remarkable. |

Yes! This film had a good atmosphere and some eerie images. But ... something didn't click and I don't know what. It did however gave me a great old-skooly idea for a school of evil story. |

Tony - you've made me laugh on a Monday morning - bless you! The only Lucky McKee thing I've seen was Sick Girl, the Masters of Horror story with the porn star Misty Mundae and that odd looking girl (Angela Bettis?) who was apparently in May which I may need to see as it has produced Zed pleasure. |

Good heavens, would that be the same Misty Mundae who stars in An Erotic Werewolf in London? Not that I've seen it. Honest. |

I'm looking forward to a film called WENDY. Anyone hear of it? Not horror. Sounds like a sort of drifter film, quite, understated, with a soundtrack by Bonnie Prince Billy (Will Oldham). |

There was a follow-up, wasn't there? Sort of teen horror with overtones of nature mysticism. It was called GO WENDIGO. |
