My uncle Albert was a respected scientist. He used to study undersea predatory plant shaped animals related to coral. sadly his obsession with these creatures left him with no time for a social life. With anemones like that, who needs friends?

You're rather casting aspersions on Coral.

'anemone' is one the very few words with 'nemo' embedded.

And Bournemouth. And unemotional.
I don't think there are any more other than those beginning nemo-.

Now put all those words together in a single sentence.

The unemotional anemone from Bournemouth needed a mnemonic to remember mnemosyne.

Insert nemo as the name of the anemone at the start of that sentence if you wish.

It's formed a support group, Feelers Without Feelings. But forgotten to provide contact details. After a lonely weekend when no-one got in touch, it realised it was its own worst anemone.

The support group tried to network beyond rock pools to include its lakeside brothers and sisters... but they took everything so littorally.

I don't even know what an anemone is. Such kind of sea creature, yes? Can you eat them?

Yours,

Step 2: use that sentence to begin a novel written in homage to Henry James and Barbara Cartland. An erotic obsession with dairy produce must be central to the plot. Frequent car chases will not be frowned upon, but no handily located piles of empty cardboard boxes.

Your time starts now.

My guess is that I've had the most recent encounter with an anemone in its native environment.

Not that that's all that phenomenal. Hey, does "nome" count? Or just "nemo"?

Sorry. I'm just desperate for attention.
