It seems the Mammoth anthology n.20 by Stephen Jones will come out in october from Running Press and Robinson Publishing both. According to Amazon (I don't know how to glue the link, sorry!) the Robinson edition will count 512 pages whereas the Running Press will be 576 pages. What will the difference be, if any? Will the Running Press (Perseus in Amazon USA) edition will be a more complete or a larger print edition? Probably they are wrong at Amazon. There is more than a whisper that this will be the last installment of the beloved anthology. However, it seems Ellen Datlow will start her own editing of a similar series, in fact her "BEST HORROR OF THE YEAR n.1" is scheduled to come out from Night Shade in october. I just had a quick look-see over at the Constable & Robinson website, but failed to find any mention of BNH #20. On the other had, as you say both the UK and US editions do show up on Amazon, and it also gets a mention in the 'coming soon' section of Stephen Jones' website ... I guess it's still a case of wait and see. I'm still crossing everything that the series doesn't come to an end with volume 20, if and when it appears. | ||

To find the BNH #20 on Constable & Robinsdon just look by Authors on the site and the book will be shown on schedule (even on pre-order, I believe.) | ||
