I'm currently about a third of the way through this and it's excellent. Anyone else picked up a copy? It really pisses me off that Virgin are quitting this horror line: the releases have been top class. |

Got this at the weekend and read it in almost one go. Fucking brilliant. Absolutely deastating, harrowing and beautifully written. Anyone who hasn't yet- BUY IT. |

Not got that yet - currently most of the way through 'London Revenant' though, and loving that. 'One' looks excellent so I'll be picking that up soon. |

I'll be getting it. Managed to chat to Conrad at Eastercon. Witty, sensitive and a wonderful writer! |

Everything Simon Bestwick said. It's currently in a bare-knuckle scrap with The Unblemished for the title of best Conrad Williams novel to date - and there's still Decay Inevitable to come later this year. |

I recently read both London Revenant and One by Conrad...(..First name of course...He has one of my albums...slurp..) One was bloody shocking. It's the bleakest novel I have read for many a moon..In fact it makes a McMahon read like a cheerful chat! C'mon Zed, you will have to get grimmer! gcw |
