Dear me. I've no idea what to make of this. A badass bare-chested Holmes duking it out Jackie Chan-style in Guy Ritchie's re-imagining of the beloved character? http://uk.movies.yahoo.com/features/exclusive/ The Guardian says "It's Fight Club, my dear Ritchie" and that it's "not necessarily one for purists". I AM curious, though I imagine I'll be rolling my eyes a lot at all the improbable fight choreography and terminal hipness. But the final scene in the trailer (the bit with the pillow) did give me a grin. I'll wait for the reviews of others I trust before risking it. | ||
