If you're up a mountain do you need to boil your eggs for longer? If the air pressure is lower the water would theoretically boil at a lower temperature...

If I'd just climbed a mountain, I'd have them fried. I'd feel as if I'd earned the indulgence.

Depends on what mountain.

And where are the eggs coming from? I don't mean the animal, I mean the store, or your refrigerator.

The water's also a factor - is it mountain-found, or was it imported up along with the eggs?

Or were the eggs laid on the mountain?

Or was the mountain discovered under the eggs?

This is a very complicated issue here....

Now now. You never know when you're going to suddenly find yourself on a mountain with eggs, a pot full of water, and no idea how the air pressure is going to affect the boiling process, Gary....

I suppose if it was mountain water there could be impurities in the water which would raise the boiling point past 100 so you could end up with hard boiled eggs by mistake.

I'd Google it on my Blackberry.

Provided Weber didn't try to turn my Blackberry into a friggin fruit pie first.

I'd be more likely to make it into jam and make some jam tarts.
