Anyone else watched this yet? I was quite impressed and hope it goes to series. Quite a suprising level of gore for Auntie and there were boobies too! |

Yeah, the boobies drew me too! We saw the ad for it last night and it certainly looks intriguing. |

Neither, Tom, it's a British hospital-set horror story. |

Thanks Zed, it looks cool doesn't it. Since we don't get BBC3 over here I'll have to resort to "internet sources" to check it out; but I will wait until I read some feedback here. |

I'll let you know what I think of it when I've seen it, my friend. I have high hopes... |

Don't forget that I Claudius, The Singing Detective and even Series III of House of Cards had boobies in it, so Auntie's got a track record. What with BBC3 becoming "the NEW three", then Torchwood and Spooks, it's like watching the Playboy® channel at times. …not that I'm objecting in the slightest! |

Nah.Sorry. It was pants. Extract the gore & what did you have. A tepid affair with no real twists or even a conclusion (I know it's intended as a pilot). I was very disappointed. Compared to say, The Nightmare Man or Ghostwatch this just didn't cut it. gcw |

PULSE had Little Dorrit in it. Great stuff. Alien inside a zombie! |

Thanks Des. I wondered where I'd seen the lead actress before. It was bothering me (well, just a little)... I thought it was definitely average. Not awful, not excellent, but middling. I'd watch it in the hope of improvement. Mark S. |

I really liked it - reminded me of Cronenberg's Shivers with a bit of The Kingdom thrown in. I hope it goes to series. |

I just expect 100% thats my downfall....Too many cliches - Rolling belly...Ghost in the mirror, then gone..Locked in the library...Blood..gore... No real shocks, no twist, obvious story. Not terrible like Bonekickers (what could top that little baby? )just...Mediocre, which is worse somehow. gcw |

Well, it seemed to me that everyone involved was giving 100% (that lead actress was particularly compelling). It wasn't perfect, but it was good enough for me to want a series - give them a bit of time and space to develop the potential of the pilot. That's what you're looking for in one of these test pilots: potential. For me this had it in spades. |

I recall switching off the Being Human pilot after 5 mins because it looked twee and cliched...that went to series and it's now my favourite British TV show of the last God-knows-how-many few years. |
