The lovely Mr Fry has told me I'm OK to post this here, so here goes .. A few years back, I 'discovered' an unpublished (except self-published) weird fiction writer called Tim Jeffreys selling audio books and printed books of his stories on eBay. To cut a long story short, I reckon he's brilliant. Anyway, he and his friends (other writers and artist/illustrators) have produced a home-made printed magazine which they tout around libraries and so on, in order to get their work 'out there'. I have a batch of them which I said I'd try to spread around for him. So, if any of you would like a free copy, please email me your full name/address to callag at blueyonder dot co dot uk (usual thing about putting that into proper email format) and I'll pop it in the post to you. If you're outside the UK, I can probably still send one but I might have to ask for a little contribution towards postage if it's going to cost me an arm and a leg to post it. They're only small though, so that shouldn't be a problem unless you live somewhere it's VERY expensive to post to from the UK. Cheers!  | ||

My thoughts too, Zed. I don't know what his artistic inspiration is, but I'd say his work is somewhere between Bosch, Breugel and Dali. Incredible artwork! | ||

Take a look at Whitlam's website, folks - it looks even better in colour! Glad you're liking the 'zine. I must say, the poetry in it isn't my kind of thing, but I reckon Tim and David in particular are both very talented people indeed. | ||
