My son, Charlie (he's seven) got a bit upset, too. He said that he "really liked that Sarah Jane lady"...when I told him Daddy used to fancy her when he was younger, the mood lifted as he laughed his arse off.  RIP to a memorable, talented (and very beautiful) actress. | ||

My own memory of 'The Hand Of Fear' is that after that things started to slide downhill with 'Doctor Who'. The rest of the Tom Baker years were still good, just not as good, then they lost the plot with a young unconvincing Doctor and things were never the same again, sadly... | ||
