There's a car park opposite the cathedral at the end of Deansgate. After about 9 o'clock they seem to open the barrier so you can drive out without paying. I've done that on the occasions I've taken the car into Manchester at night. Other than that, you're looking at parking on the streets nearby - if you can find a space. the nearst multi-storey is probably the Arndale - and that can be quite expensive. Personally I tend to bus in and out because it's cheaper than parking - if I'm in town at night I tend to be drinking. | ||

I believe it is, but it's that rarest of things - an NCP that's on the flat not a multistorey |
