I initially thought the title of this thread was an inaccurate statement, since only one of the four definitely lives in Manchester and another is borderline (in location terms rather than metaphysical terms). Then I got it. Sounds great. | ||

Just bumping this back up to the top again. Are you going then, Weber? If so, you'll get to see me and Zed in the same room at the same time! Looking forward to this event. As I won't be at FCon ( ) it'll be a kind of "mini FCon" for me - along with the Halifax Ghost Story festival in November which I'll also be going to. | ||

Damn, didn't make it to Manchester this evening. As soon as I got on the M606 I hit standing traffic due to an accident. Eventually, got on the M62 and saw a sign saying my turn-off to get back home would be closed off for roadworks from 8pm tonight. By this time, the irritable bowel had flared up, not to mention a headache and leg pain, so a quick stop at the next services and then I found the next exit, turned round and came back home. Gutted. Anyway, hope you all had a great evening - just wish I could've been there too. | ||
