I've seen most of AA's work, including his ghostly stuff. Haunting Julia is a masterpiece of supernatural terror, far superior to The Woman in Black. Shame you guys can't see it. If it shows anywhere near you, definitely go.

Snake in the Grass is great, too, though its plot is heavily dependent on a certain French classic horror movie . . . but AA is always as interested in character as story, and there's much complexity here.

His third ghost play, Life and Beth, is more playful, but great fun.
