I'd have suspected they were photoshopped jokes - but for the fact that I remember seeing that last one for Alice in Wonderland in a shop somewhere. I think it was a few years ago, when a long-lost Carroll story was published, that they released these as a series with some pretty strange covers like that. But the one for The Turn of the Screw? That really has to be a joke, surely? |
