Imagine if you were a dictator of an average sized country. Imagine if you were opposed to all artforms...yet decided to allow films to be made in your country...with one stipulation: That at the end of each film YOU, the dictator, would kill each and every character in that film, and stand victorious as the end credits roll. Imagine if this film industry thrived and so many films were being made that YOU, the dictator, no longer had sufficient spare time to perform your usual killings at the end of each production. So you sanctioned look-alikes to perform the majority of these murders. While YOU, the dictator, saved yourself for the more popular films. Imagine if this stipulation was so favourable to YOU, the dictator, that you then permitted television stations to open, books to be written and plays to be enacted...with YOU, the dictator, murdering the entire cast at the end of each.
