Ah, the film that won an Oscar for best original song (even though it had appeared on two albums before it was used in the film, apparently)! Still in my "to be watched" pile; it had pretty good reviews all 'round, that one. |

I liked very much. Magic film, not forced. I don't know why I didn't feel it was perfect so maybe it was! I think it sort of imrpoved on that Bill Murray film, though, Lost in Translation, in some ways - it had more of a skeleton to it. |

Normally I'm not a fan of that kind of shooting, but after watching the special features, I couldn't hold even that against it. I think the fact that it didn't set out or pretend to be anything other then what it is, is part of the charm. And why it succeeds. |
