I have posted my first interview article over at The Vintage Horror site. I interviewed horror artist Steve Gilberts. I love his artwork and was honored he allowed my to ask him some questions for the site. He mentioned Mr. Campbell several times and the picture shown on the site with a tree growing out of the skull was actually done for a one of his stories but the project fell through so it didn't get used. He said that Ramsey is someone he would love to do some work for one day as he is a big fan of his stories. If you are interested you can view the article at the site below. Thanks, Lincoln. Ramsey Campbell was a very big influence on Steve's interest in horror. I've felt his style of artwork really would go great with the kind of stories Ramsey writes. | ||

He is a great artist. We have several of the same favorites as far as horror writers go, which is cool. |
