But will the zombies actually notice any difference between themselves and the evictees? |

Ha! I do detect some satire in the idea. I recently wrote something blending the Reality TV phenomenon with Lovecraftian beasties, but this is even more obvious...it'll be either brilliant or fall flat as a pancake. |

How come we never heard a speck about this? Great to have something be a surprise, though. |

It's tempting if only for the prospect of a zombified Davina McCall. I have no idea why this concept pleases me, but it does. Did anybody else follow the 'get infected' link and see their name written in blood on the diary room wall? |

It's produced by Charlie Brooker. I didn't like his Chris Morris collaborations, but Screenwipe was good. |

I hope it's creepy. Nothing much is any more, if ever. Creepy to me is just looking up at the windows of a big empty house, something like that, and nothing has really quite captured that feeling, at least not as ofen as it should. |

Judging by the trailer, Tony, I expect it to be big, loud and rather graphic. |

Yeah, I think that. But that sort of thing can have creepy in it in the nooks and crannies, I hope. |

The empty BB garden is creepy. [possible SPOILER] I hear that at one point a zom tries to look through one-way glass, unaware that the cameraman on the other side is also a zom. |

I thought of the world ending during BB and the contestants not knowing about it. I curse this theft. |

Creepy to me is just looking up at the windows of a big empty house, something like that... Plugging my other post, Tony, you should then go rent LET'S SCARE JESSICA TO DEATH - if that's what you're looking for, you'll find it there, in spades. Zombies, zombies, zombies... it's oversaturation... nothing much stimulates, when you glut the market like this... horror must move on, or fundamentally change/alter the zombie concept.... |

I saw that movie in the seventies and recently bought it, but have been scared to watch it in case it doesn't live up to my memory. Also I once swapped a couple of emails with the director, you know, blah-di-blah... |

I've just come up with an Abbadon idea today, about a man who become a sort of cowboy but riding his horse around Britain, helping folk, mulling over this new 'frontier', and seeing it as a new chance. |

From what I saw, Tony, it actually does live up to your memory. You know, it's always good going into something knowing absolutely nothing, having no expectations, not knowing what to expect (wait, I just said that)... and being pleasantly surprised. We have been altered forever, today, as film-viewers. We expect sensory overload all the time, and even jones for it anyway when we don't want it and don't get it. Imagine a gore-less zombie movie... now there's a template-breaker.... |

I started a book doing just that thing last year, Craig. Just people on the run, hiding from them, the sense of the country changing. Maps and the names of places useless, pointless. |

Looks like it could be fun. Tony, I'm with you on creepiness in films. Let's Scare Jessica to Death is a little gem of a horror film. Like Tony, I saw it back in the seventies (it scared the bejesus out of me then, as a kid), and it still holds up well today. |
