STAR KITES by Mark Valentine
http://dflewisreviews.wordpress.com/2013/04/05/star-kites-mark-valentine/
I don’t read as much poetry as I used to do in the past, but this book has encouraged me to mend my ways. Highly recommended – and deserves to win poetry awards, not only for the poems themselves, but also for the concept of Versions and the sharing with us of a Gestalt Europe, a Secret Continent of Poetry as language tugs at language.

I think the SNOW chapter in THE MAGIC MOUNTAIN by Thomas Mann is Blackwoodian in
a Centaur sort of way.
And much of the rest of this book is Aickman-like.
Or like NEVER LET ME GO ... or FETHER & TARR.
My marathon RTR of the Mann continues here: http://etepsed.wordpress.com/346-2/

And very interesting they are too Des. And unsettling, in the case of the reviews you did of two of my books. You found things I had never realised were buried under the stones and debris of the text. A Des Lewis Realtime Review is a real review, analytical, immediate and intelligent. A work of literature in itself.
Cheers
Terry

How nemonymous is that, a reviewer reviwed!

Been enjoying your holiday photos, Des. I tried to comment on your blog a couple of weeks back .. but it wouldn't let me as I couldn't remember my login/password. So I am reading your blog .. I just can't interact with you on it!

The first ten parts of my FINNEGANS WAKE review so far. I anticipate 15 parts in total by the time the review is finished.
