This was showing at a film festival over here a few years ago - Eihi Shiina, of Audition, plays the lead character. Also from the same director: Vampire Girl vs. Frankenstein Girl! |

It waqs on at the Grimm up North film night on Thursday in a double bill with Battle Royale. BR is of course a great little film. TGP on the other hand... WTF really does sum the whole thing up. It's pretty much all that me and my mate said all the way through - in increasing levels of sheer confusedness. Fun in it's own way but it felt like watching Monty Python doing gore without the humour. |

I quite enjoyed FG vs VG. Nutty but fun. Not the kind of film I'd rush to see at the cinema, but good for watching on Netflix during my lunch break. |

Mr Probert - is Tokyo Gore Police a film that's ever crossed your radar? I'd love to hear your thoughts on it. |
